Pressure Vessels & Boilers

Manipulators, rotators, seam welders, tube-sheet welders and cladding for vessels and boilers.

Industry Solution

Shell, head and tube-sheet welding automation

Pressure vessels, boilers, storage tanks and heat exchangers require code-quality longitudinal and circumferential seams, high-volume tube-to-tubesheet welds and corrosion-resistant overlays. Our column & boom manipulators, rotators, P+T seam welders and hot-wire TIG cladding systems cover the complete process.

Pressure Vessels & Boilers
Challenges

What manufacturers need

Long and circumferential seams

Shells up to φ4000 mm and 30 m long must be welded with constant quality.

Thousands of tube joints

Heat exchanger tube sheets require repeatable, documented TIG welds.

Corrosion-resistant layers

Bores and outer diameters need efficient stainless or nickel-alloy overlay.

Workpiece handling

Heavy shells must rotate smoothly and without axial drift.

Our Solution

Equipment configuration

  1. Manipulators & rotators

Column & boom manipulators with gas-shielded or SAW power sources, self-aligning and adjustable rotators.

  2. Seam welding machines

P+T circumferential (φ500–φ2300 mm) and longitudinal seam welders, combined machines up to φ4000 mm, BHLM gantry welders.

  3. Tube-sheet welding

Automatic TIG tube-to-tubesheet welders (φ10–φ80 mm) and CNC/robotic tube-sheet welding with DXF import.

  4. Cladding

Hot-wire TIG bore, outer-diameter and narrow-gap cladding with arc length tracking.
