Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
Shuanghua is a manufacturer and system integrator in Shenyang, China. We design and build CNC cutting machines, welding carriages, rotators, positioners, seam welders, overlay equipment and robotic welding workstations, and we also supply partner-brand products such as ESAB welding machines and consumables.
Can you customise equipment for my workpiece?
Yes. Most automation projects are configured around your workpiece drawings, material, thickness, welding process, output and site layout. Send us drawings or photos and we will propose a solution.
How do I get a quotation?
Use the Request a Quote form, WhatsApp or email. Include the product or workpiece, material, thickness, process, voltage and quantity. A sales engineer replies within 24 hours.
Are the prices on the website final?
Prices shown are reference FOB prices for standard configurations. The final price depends on configuration, options and quantity and is confirmed in a formal quotation.
What is the minimum order quantity?
For most machines and automation equipment the MOQ is 1 set. Some accessories, consumables and PPE have higher MOQs, shown on each product page.
Which port do you ship from?
Our nearest port is Dalian. We can ship by sea, air or express according to your requirements.
Do you provide installation and training?
Yes. We provide installation guidance, commissioning and operator training, as well as remote technical support and spare parts.
What warranty do you offer?
The warranty period is confirmed in each quotation; many of our standard machines are supplied with a one-year warranty.
